Philippe White graduated from UNC-Greensboro with a B.A. in business.  After working for IBM, The James M. Pleasants Co., and running Philippe White Seafood in Greensboro, he obtained his NC Real Estate Broker's license and has been selling and developing property for 24 years.  He is a member of the Greensboro Regional REALTORS Association, Inc., NC and National Associations of REALTORS and the REALTORS Commercial Alliance. 

Libby White graduated from UNC-Greensboro with a B.S. in Public Health Education.  She later obtained her NC Real Estate Broker's license and is primarily involved in the administrative aspects of the business.  She also works at Grimsley High School as an EC teacher assistant and part-time with Lindley Habilitation assisting intellectually disabled clients.

 

Philippe and Libby are married and have three children, Adam, Ben and Sarah. They run their company and reside in Greensboro, North Carolina and do business throughout the state.

 

 

Company History

 

Philippe and Libby established their company in 1986 and have built numerous subdivisions through the years.  This has been the main focus of the business, although they have also dealt with commercial and industrial sales as well as individual home sales.  Philippe coordinates the development process and sales.  Libby handles administrative duties.  They also have a great team of surveyors, soil scientists, road contractors, engineers, attorneys and bankers who aid in the success of their developments.
